Terms Of Delivery - English

The designs on this website are unique, one of a kind items and have their own unic number! Sold is sold. The first person who orders will be given the right of purchase, the second person to order that same item will be added to a waiting list.

Order
1. Order can be done by using the shopping cart.
- All prices on this site are inc. 19% BTW. (VAT)
- By placing an order the costumer is bound to our terms of delivery.

Confirming Delivery
2. You will receive an email with confirmation of your order and our bank account number.

Payment
3. Payment is to be made by credit transfer 7 days after receipt of delivery.

- Please use item-number and unica-number on credit transfer so we can identify your payment.

- Payment can be made through international giro/bank transfer or iDeal.

- Non payment will result in cancellation of order and reservation.
- Orders can only be canceled before payment is made.

Delivery
4. Product will be shipped within 7 days after receiving payment.
- Shipping is only possible within the Netherlands, Benelux, Germany and other countries within the EU.

- Postage and package costs are for buyer, in accordance with standard prices of TNT Post (prices vary depending on weight and country. For reference: www.tnt.nl).

- Unicps can not be held responsible for damages or loss of item from moment of shipping onwards. Assured shipping is possible by request (costs are for buyer).

Return Policy

- Item(s) can only be returned upon agreement with Studio Unicps and within 7 days of receiving order, on the condition that the product is in proper state of receiving. You will then have the opportunity to choose a different item.

- Costs of return postage are for buyer and have to be to the correct amount, otherwise the item will not be taken back.

- After reception and approval by Studio Unicps of returned item the customer will be refunded within 21 days.

General
- Question about items must be asked before placing an order.

- Unicps withholds the right to cancel or postpone an order under any circumstances.

- Problems curing due to cancellation of order must be communicated through email on time.

- Personal information of clients will not be made available to third parties, unless notified beforehand or in cases of legal obligation.

- Unicps can not be held responsible for differences in color between items and photo`s on the website or flaws and mistakes in texts.

- Offending terms of delivery by client will result in future orders from said client to be processed no longer.
